OUR WORK

We are a family business that started its activity in the design and development of soles at the end of the 90s. During this time we have increased our infrastructure remarkably to adapt to the needs of our clients; increasing our productive capacity, incorporating new quality controls, and expanding our product catalogue.

Dedication and passion

The first phase accounts for 80% of the production process and is carried out in highly automated lines. We use the most innovative machinery in our sector, which allows us to undertake large projects.

Wood

The wood is a very noble raw material that is extracted from the trunk of the trees, one of its countless uses is the elaboration of handmade wooden soles for the footwear sector.

Cork

It is a vegetal tissue extracted from the cork oak (Quercus suber). After a process of agglomeration, compact blocks are formed, which are worked directly with the sample of the soles. It is a material that stands out for being waterproof and elastic.

Microporous (E.V.A.)

Ethylvinylacetate is a thermoplastic polymer formed by repeating units of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It is called EVA by the acronym of its technical name, ethylene-vinyl-acetate. Its main characteristics are elasticity and lightness.

Specialization

In the second phase the product is supervised by the hands of our craftsmen, performing the final finishing and undergoing rigorous quality controls. Guarantee piece by piece.

VERSATILITY

With a strong presence in Spain and Italy, we work for footwear manufacturers from all over the world. We offer the design and manufacture of cork soles, made of wood, from Microporous (E.V.A.) And natural rubber, as well as crepeline, TR and TPU soles. Currently, 70% of our production is made with natural products.
